Our boxes are posted using either Royal Mail, MyHermes or DPD depending on the parcel size and weight. Standard shipping is posted second class, tracked and signed for. Once the parcel is dispatched you will receive the relevant tracking information via email or text. If you would like your parcel delivered urgently or on a specific date please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: delivery for multiple gift boxes, bespoke orders and heavier packages may cost more depending on their size and weight.
*Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland may take an extra 2 working days.
If your country does not appear as an option please get in touch at email@example.com and we can give you a quote for postage.
Please note: the buyer will be responsible for any custom duties or fees that may apply on international orders. The buyer is also responsible for knowing about any customs restrictions that their particular country may have.
Due to the personalised nature of our service we only accept returns if the parcel or items included are damaged or defective. We take every care to package our products carefully so they don’t become damaged in transit, however, if this is the case, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the parcel and we can arrange an exchange or refund. Items should be well-packaged and returned in their original condition. On receipt of the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the payment card used to make the purchase.
Please note: personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
