How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

As we hand pack all our boxes, orders typically take 1-2 working days to get ready to ship. Please allow an additional 1-3 working days for our courier to ship your order depending on your delivery preference. For more information please visit our Delivery and Returns page. 

Can my gift be delivered on a specific day?

If you need your gift delivered on a specific day please email us at hello@native-sister.com and we will try our best to make it happen! If you would like your gift delivered before a specific day we can add our custom note to the front of the package which reads ‘DON’T OPEN UNTIL ____’ Please request this option at check out. 

Can my gift be delivered directly to the recipient?

Yes! You can select the delivery address at the check-out. 

Can I add a greeting card? 

Every gift box contains a complimentary note which you can choose to leave blank or we can add a hand written message. Alternatively you can select a luxury Katie Leamon card to accompany your gift. This can also include a handwritten message.

Can I order multiple gift boxes to be delivered to different addresses?

If you would like to ship gift boxes to multiple addresses please submit each order separately. 

Do you include receipts in the gift box?

Your gift box will be treated like a present with no traces of prices in it. You will receive an order confirmation in an email with receipt details.

How will the gift box be packaged?

All gifts are packaged in a bespoke box with magnetic closure and our Native Sister logo printed in gold foil on the top. An optional personalised card can be added upon check out. Each box is posted in a mailing carton to ensure it is kept looking beautiful for the recipient. 

Can I customise a gift box?

What is your returns policy?

Due to the personalised nature of our service we only accept returns if the parcel or items included are damaged or defective. We take every care to package our products carefully so they don’t become damaged in transit, however, if this is the case, please email us at hello@native-sister.com within 7 days of receiving the parcel and we can arrange an exchange or refund. 

Non-personalised items which arrive damaged can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Items should be well-packaged and returned in their original condition. On receipt of the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the payment card used to make the purchase.

Our gift boxes come in two sizes:

Standard: 280 x 220 x 110mm

Petite: 200 x 160 x 80mm
